Every apartment is individually leased by the bedroom, so you're only ever responsible for your own portion of the rent, no awkward roommate money conversations required. Each apartment comes fully furnished, complete with a dining table set, couch and loveseat, coffee table, end table, and a 40" flat-screen TV mounted on an entertainment center. Your private bedroom is outfitted with a Full XL Tempur-Pedic mattress with bed frame, detachable drawers, desk, and desk chair.
